Copper Lakes is a large subdivision located on the northwest side of Houston, Texas. It is located just west of Highway 6, south of Freeway US-290, within the boundaries of Longenbaugh Drive, West Road, Barker Cypress Road and Queenston Boulevard.

This location makes for convenient access to US-290, Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) and Interstate 10 (I-10). Copper Lakes is in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) and is zoned to Copeland Elementary, Aragon Middle School, and Langham Creek High School. It is also located near Lone Star College – CyFair. Copper Lakes was established in 1994 and includes approximately 1,200 single family residences.

The neighborhood contains beautiful oak and pine trees and colorfully landscaped lawns throughout.  Within the subdivision there are two community pools, splashpad, tennis courts with pickle ball court and numerous playgrounds. The Copper Lakes club house can be used for social events and the West Road pavilion is ideal for informal get together around the fireplace / grill. We have miles of walking trails, several beautiful lakes and also close proximity to Goforth Park that includes playgrounds, walking trails, lake and dog park.

The homes vary in age from 1994 to 2013. The homes are approximately from 2,000 to over 4,500 square feet with lot sizes ranging from 6,500 to over 15,000 square feet. The neighborhood value ranges from around $250,000 to a little over $700,000.
