Good Day Residents,
Please remember your annual assessment is due on January 1st and late after January 31st. Payments can be made online or by mailing in a check/money order. If you have not received your 2023 Annual Assessment statement in the mail we are happy to provide a duplicate statement should you need one.
To request a duplicate statement, contact my Administrative Assistant, Leslie Sanders at email@example.com.
Please be patient with us if you contact our office. This time of year, through the end of January, is our heaviest email and call volume due to assessment season. We will respond to your inquiry as. fast as we can.

Copper Lakes is located just outside highway 6, south of Highway 290, within the boundaries of Longenbaugh Drive, Tuckerton Road, Barker Cypress Road and Queenston Boulevard.
